Insurance claims can take a long time to process. Florida law gives property insurance companies 90 days to decide whether or not your claim is covered and to make any payment. If your property is in a damaged state, you don’t have that long to wait.

Call Speed Dry to perform emergency services to mitigate the damages to your home. We don’t require up-front payment. We will bill your insurance company and take on the burden of waiting for the insurance company to pay, so you don’t have to. This way, you get the services and repairs you need when you need them. You don’t have to wait for your claim to settle before you receive mitigation services or repairs.

When we perform mitigation services, such as water extraction, structural drying services, board ups, etc., we will perform the services immediately. We will take photos, save samples of damaged materials, and document everything for your adjuster to examine.

Before beginning restoration and reconstruction, such as structural work, drywall repairs, carpets and flooring, or cabinetry, we will meet your adjuster on site to explain the necessary repairs in detail.
